TOPIC: help again

look at the blue figure when i zoomed in it looked like a woman in a blue dress. no lights or statues was around,nothing to reflect off of. help please

Looks interesting to me. Enhancing the picture there seems to be some pixeling in front of the blue image (like a reflection in a puddle etc)but around it is completely black. What if anything was in the background and do you have a second photo or one taken at a later date/time?

Did you post the original somewhere? Sorry if I missed it, I don't remember. Anyway, is this in a graveyard? Where was this taken?
