Do you happen to have reference photos of the same location taken from the same angle? At first blush, I would want to see any other photos of the same location to rule out any artifact in the background that could cause this effect (pareidolia). It does not appear to be an IR shadow, and does look to be within the confines of the room. EXIF data for the camera would be helpful to dismiss any photo-shopping or app was used to doctor the photo.
I am not trying to be a buzz-kill or trying to discredit your photograph. I admit at first blush, it is a very interesting capture. However, we all know we must critically look at all evidence and ask hard questions. Peer review is a must in this field, and we have a duty to ask those hard questions. I expect it when I post evidence and am ready to answer all of those hard questions.
If this photograph can stand up to this critical review, then I would say you have a phenomenal capture!
