A lot of ancient native tribes in South America did this. It was done by tying a board to a babies head. They believed that it gave them some kind of powers. I know I'm being vague, I would have to look up the details.

I think you're wrong. That head were the Annunaki. The Term Anunnaki means: The 50 Great Gods. But this head was found in USA. A girl who died. And that is very strange that the head be it. Then I got to see if anyone knew of this.

Annunaki means "of royal blood." They are Summarian gods. 300 in the sky and 300 on the ground. There is a lot of speculation from those in the UFO community that aliens have been visiting our planet for tens of thousands of years and the Annunaki may have been aliens.
