Discuss photo: The Lost Sea Ghost

without any backround on the area, temp, humidity at the time or photo identification I have to say CG. In short photoshopped.

Sorry, I am new to this as I am not an avid ghost hunter. The picture was taken while my family was on vacation on ‎Tuesday, ‎November ‎13, ‎2012, ‏‎4:10:29 PM at the Lost Sea Adventure Cave in Sweetwater TN. I was trying to take a picture of the underground lake but did not review the picture until we got home from vacation this week. I was not looking for or thinking about anything paranormal. I do not have or know how to use photoshop. I only used the windows live gallery auto enhance feature to make the picture easier to see. The darker picture is the original and is untouched. I use a program called Siren to rename all of my pictures by date and time to make organization easier.

Can you explain what we're looking for? Is it the person in the forefront that's somewhat blue? Appears to be someone in a blue jacket.
