I think that's light reflecting from wall and floor... There is window at the and of the hallway...

I think they are speaking of the first doorway to the left...but the door molding looks a little stretched and bowing around it.

Agreed. Also, what is the reason for taking this picture? It's very light which implies it's not an investigation, and there is nothing to see so why take it?
