Looks like a typical dust/pollen/moisture orb coupled with the fact that it's a low-resolution picture.

OMG mime ghost! Haha. Kidding kidding. I have no idea what to say about this. Could be the typical orb recipe but is interesting that is seems to form a profile. Nice Powerwheel by the way.
