Not sure exactly what this is saying but i can hear a mans voice. Let me know what you all think?

Does it sound like he is saying "Never" not sure but that's what I hear. What do you think?

I'm not sure. The more i listen too it the more it sounds like a growl.

was it towards the end? i would have to take a look again to see if i can hear the growl.

No it is closer to the beggining about a 1/4 way through. It is very low so listen close.

Ya I heard that growl and its seems like a man saying something towards the end after the question was said.

I've taken the sound at index 11.5 seconds to index 14.5 seconds into the recording.
I've then performed noise reduction cleanup algorithmic on it to clean it up a bit.
Then you could hear that they were actual words being spoken. But it was a bit fast and high pitch so I slowed it down just a little to make it easier to understand.

Sounds to me like its saying...

"You really are culpable!" And it seems to be a somewhat angry voice...

I can hear a low whisper or something, but I can't make out what it is saying either...Sorry
